1. Who we are

The AI Visibility Masterclass is provided by Hotel Growth Limited ("we", "us"). By purchasing or accessing the course you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

Access is personal to the named learner. An individual licence is for one person on their own devices; team licences grant one seat per named learner. You must not share login details or allow anyone else to use your account.

To protect our content we monitor account usage, including the devices, browsers, approximate location and IP addresses used to sign in. You will be emailed when your account is used on a new device. Where we reasonably believe a login is being shared, we may require additional seats to be purchased, suspend or withdraw access without refund, and terminate the licence.

3. Payment, pricing and billing

Our order process is conducted by Stripe. Stripe Payments Europe, Limited and its affiliates act as Merchant of Record for our orders, handling billing, tax and transaction-level customer service and returns on our behalf. Hotel Growth Limited remains responsible for delivering the course itself.

The AI Visibility Masterclass is sold as a one-off purchase, not a subscription. There is no recurring charge and nothing to cancel or renew. Current options are Individual access for one named learner, Team access which includes a set number of seats, and additional seats which may be purchased at any time by a team administrator. Prices are shown on the pricing section of our site at the time of purchase and may change for future purchases; the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Any sales tax or VAT is calculated, collected and remitted by Stripe based on your location and is shown before you confirm your order. Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase. Your invoice and receipt are issued through Stripe, and billing, payment methods, tax, cancellations and refunds are handled under Stripe's End User Terms of Service. 4. Course access

Access is granted once payment is confirmed and remains available for as long as the course is operated, subject to these terms. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment or a reversed payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious misuse of the platform.

5. Intellectual property

All videos, workbooks, prompts and templates remain the property of Formula. You may use them within your own business but may not resell, republish or redistribute them.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not download, record or re-host course videos.
• Do not use the materials to deliver competing training.
• Do not attempt to access parts of the platform you are not entitled to.

7. No guarantee of results

The course provides practical guidance on AI visibility. AI systems change frequently and we cannot guarantee specific rankings, mentions or commercial outcomes.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the course.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
