Refund policy

1. Digital content
The masterclass is digital content delivered immediately. Where you are a consumer, you have a 14-day right to cancel, which you waive once you start accessing the lessons.
2. Our refund window
We offer a refund within 14 days of purchase where you have completed no more than one lesson. Email adam@thisisformula.com with your order details and we will process it back to your original payment method.
3. Team licences and extra seats
Team licences can be refunded within 14 days if no more than one seat has been activated. Extra seats already assigned to a learner are non-refundable.
4. Processing time
Approved refunds are issued within five working days. Your bank may take a further few days to show the credit.
